Gin Tonic

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • 2 parts tonic water
  • Lemon or lime slice
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a glass with ice, mix gin and tonic water. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

Gin Punch Tropical

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • ½ part orange juice
  • ½ part passion fruit juice
  • Pineapple slice and mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a shaker with ice, mix gin, pineapple juice, orange juice, and passion fruit juice. Serve in a large glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and mint.

Blueberry Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • ½ part lemon juice
  • ½ part blueberry syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a glass with ice, mix gin, lemon juice, and blueberry syrup. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh blueberries.

Gin Mule

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • 3 parts ginger beer
  • ½ part lime juice
  • Lime wedge and mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a glass with ice, combine gin and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint.

Negroni

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 part gin
  • 1 parte de Aperitivo Bitter
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • Orange peel for garnish
  • Ice

PREPARATION

In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir until well chilled and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
